I am a senior Sales Operations specialist who works with founders, RevOps leaders, and sales managers to design the process, reporting, and tooling their growing teams need. CRM is a big part of the work, but it is one piece of a broader operation.

Recent work (2025 & 2026) includes building a CRM from scratch, fully implementing Zoho CRM for a healthcare organization including Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics & Zoho voice. Building an autodialer inside of a client CRM to avoid extra costs of purchasing one. Merging two enterprise Salesforce instances into a single source of truth, and standing up new Salesforce CRM instances from scratch for an early-stage team.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work remotely?

Yes. Engagements are run remotely by default, with working sessions over video and async updates in your tool of choice. On-site visits are available when the scope calls for it.

What size companies do you work with?

Most engagements are with early-stage and growth-stage teams between roughly five and a few hundred employees. The common thread is a sales motion that has outgrown the process and tooling that got it here.

Do you offer one-time projects or only ongoing engagements?

Both. Project-based engagements handle a defined build, migration, or process redesign. Monthly retainers cover ongoing Sales Operations support across process, reporting, and CRM admin.

Which CRMs do you support?

Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Creatio, GHL and Monday are the most common CRMs that clients typically have, but they are not the only ones. I work across the broader major and mid-market CRM landscape, and when you are choosing a platform I will recommend the one that fits your team and budget, not a default favorite. I've also built custom CRMs from scratch when necessary.
